Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to contribute to the People Operations (HR) Team through full life cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a requisition load of 30-50 positions and source candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive hiring experience
  • Audit the ATS system and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong computer skills and US work authorization
