Key Responsibilities
- Manage a requisition load of 30-50 positions and source candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive hiring experience
- Audit the ATS system and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
- Strong computer skills and US work authorization
