Global Payroll Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the accurate processing of global payroll, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Develop and implement consistent payroll policies, procedures, and controls across regions
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll vendors and oversee compliance reporting, audits, and filings

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll experience, with at least 3+ years in a global payroll leadership role
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and employment laws across North America, EMEA, and APAC
• Experience with global payroll systems and managing payroll operations in a Global Technology SaaS organization
• Bachelor's Degree; CPP, GPHR, or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
