Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for the Product team, collaborating with hiring managers to define roles and create data-driven strategies
  • Identify and engage passive top talent, building a diverse and high-quality pipeline of candidates for Product roles
  • Ensure candidates align with the company's culture and foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with 4+ years in-house for Product Managers, Engineers, and related roles
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in a constantly evolving environment
  • Collaborative team player aligned with values of collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity
