Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process for the Product team, collaborating with hiring managers to define roles and create data-driven strategies
- Identify and engage passive top talent, building a diverse and high-quality pipeline of candidates for Product roles
- Ensure candidates align with the company's culture and foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with 4+ years in-house for Product Managers, Engineers, and related roles
- Proven ability to source and engage passive talent in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in a constantly evolving environment
