Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR & Payroll Manager to support client employees in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main HR contact for Canadian client employees and lead employee lifecycle activities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for Canadian employees, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
- Stay updated on Canadian employment legislation and proactively share insights with internal and client teams
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR and payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian labour laws and payroll practices
- Experience using payroll and HRIS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment
