Key Responsibilities
- Manage health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring compliance and effective vendor management
- Conduct data analysis and research to improve benefit programs and processes
- Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees on benefits
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of overall benefits experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Basic knowledge of group insurance plan processing and administration
- Experience with HRIS system configuration and benefit program implementations
- Familiarity with Workday and benefits administration services preferred
