Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage health and welfare benefit plans, ensuring compliance and effective vendor management
• Conduct data analysis and research to improve benefit programs and processes
• Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees on benefits

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of overall benefits experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Basic knowledge of group insurance plan processing and administration
• Experience with HRIS system configuration and benefit program implementations
• Familiarity with Workday and benefits administration services preferred
