Key Responsibilities
- Administer global equity plans and ensure compliance with policies and laws
- Process equity awards and serve as a point of contact for equity-related inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams for reporting, compliance, and program design
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CEP preferred
- 3-7+ years of experience in equity plan administration at a public company
- Knowledge of U.S. and international equity compensation practices
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks such as Section 409A and IRC
- Experience with equity administration platforms and global publicly traded companies
