Key Responsibilities
- Manage a requisition load of 30-50 positions and actively source candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes and contribute to process improvement projects
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
- Strong computer skills and US work authorization
- Proven planning, priority setting, and time management skills
