Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to contribute to their People Operations (HR) Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a requisition load of 30-50 positions and actively source candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Maintain relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes and contribute to process improvement projects


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong computer skills and US work authorization
  • Proven planning, priority setting, and time management skills
