Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Talent Acquisition partners, providing strategic direction and support
- Partner with the Head of People to develop scalable hiring strategies aligned with company growth
- Build and manage a comprehensive company-wide hiring strategy that is proactive and data-driven
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on managing and mentoring teams
- Experience in law firms, finance, consulting, or other professional services environments is preferred
- Strong proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, including process optimization and reporting
- Hands-on experience in designing scalable talent acquisition processes
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to enhance hiring strategies
