A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their growing IT, Engineering, AEC, and Professional Talent Solutions practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, evaluating, and managing candidates through the recruiting life cycle
- Providing sales leads to support new business growth and skill marketing candidates to clients
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and partners
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is desired
- 3+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, AEC, and/or Professional skill sets preferred
- A competitive winner attitude with a team player mentality
- Strong experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
- Ability to self-manage personal goals with demonstrated time-management skills
