Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Talent Sourcer to join their remote U.S.-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, or 6+ years of experience without a degree
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Familiarity with U.S. hiring regulations (OFCCP, DOL)
• Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques
• Experience in sourcing for Engineering, IT, Executives, and other technical positions
