- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-8 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, or 6+ years of experience without a degree
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Familiarity with U.S. hiring regulations (OFCCP, DOL)
- Experience with sourcing tools, platforms, and techniques
- Experience in sourcing for Engineering, IT, Executives, and other technical positions
