Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in a hybrid role primarily focused on remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise managers on talent management, retention, and employee-related matters to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support engagement efforts to foster a positive work environment and retain employees
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role preferred
  • 1+ years managing high volume employee relations preferred
  • Strong technical capability, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
