Key Responsibilities
- Advise managers on talent management, retention, and employee-related matters to ensure compliance with company policies
- Support engagement efforts to foster a positive work environment and retain employees
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 - 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role preferred
- 1+ years managing high volume employee relations preferred
- Strong technical capability, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
