Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage employer advisory groups to assess and validate apprenticeship programs
• Engage with businesses to promote statewide apprenticeship adoption and manage workforce intermediary partnerships
• Produce reports and presentations to demonstrate the impact of industry engagement for apprenticeship initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of related work experience in workforce development, employer engagement, or higher education
• Familiarity with state and federal apprenticeship regulations and funding streams
• Experience in managing program implementation or project management
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and collaborate effectively
• Expertise in areas related to business, philanthropy, technology, or communications
