A company is looking for a Manager, Business Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage employer advisory groups to assess and validate apprenticeship programs
- Engage with businesses to promote statewide apprenticeship adoption and manage workforce intermediary partnerships
- Produce reports and presentations to demonstrate the impact of industry engagement for apprenticeship initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of related work experience in workforce development, employer engagement, or higher education
- Familiarity with state and federal apprenticeship regulations and funding streams
- Experience in managing program implementation or project management
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and collaborate effectively
- Expertise in areas related to business, philanthropy, technology, or communications
