A company is looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to manage and enhance their HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Workday modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver system solutions
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years HRIS experience, with 3+ years direct Workday system experience
- Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Business Process Framework, EIBs, and Security administration
- Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro or Partner credentials) preferred
- Experience with Workday integrations and tools like Studio or Prism Analytics preferred
