A company is looking for a Talent Selection Specialist (Non-Exempt).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate recruitment-related visits, events, and community outreach initiatives
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on recruitment activities and event outcomes
- Support advertising and promotional efforts, including posting job openings and creating recruitment marketing materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of customer experience and/or administrative support; event planning, sales, or recruitment experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe experience preferred
- High-speed internet connection required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
