- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or high-growth company
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches independently across different functions
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Adept at building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
