Key Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner for leadership to shape and execute people strategies
- Provide operational HR support on employee relations, performance management, and onboarding
- Support engagement initiatives and coach leaders to enhance team development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in corporate and technical environments
- Experience with HR technology systems such as Workday and Greenhouse
- Understanding of HR operations in tech-forward organizations
- Experience in coaching and supporting managers at all levels
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
