Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Manager (Workday) to oversee HR operations and manage the implementation and maintenance of the Workday system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of HRIS Business Analysts, providing mentorship and performance management
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, overseeing its administration and maintenance across various HR functions
- Conduct data audits, recommend process improvements, and support Workday users with troubleshooting and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT, or at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing or leading a team
- Minimum 7 years of overall HRIS management experience
- Extensive experience with Workday
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
