People Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to oversee various HR functions and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
• Maintain HR tech systems and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Develop and communicate policies while supporting leadership with data analytics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, with 2-3+ years in a high-growth tech environment
• Experience in managing People Ops processes in a startup or scaling organization
• Familiarity with modern HRIS platforms and U.S. employment law
• Comfortable with data management tools and analytics
• Experience supporting international HR operations is a plus
