Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
- Maintain HR tech systems and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Develop and communicate policies while supporting leadership with data analytics and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, with 2-3+ years in a high-growth tech environment
- Experience in managing People Ops processes in a startup or scaling organization
- Familiarity with modern HRIS platforms and U.S. employment law
- Comfortable with data management tools and analytics
- Experience supporting international HR operations is a plus
