Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global total compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Lead the development of comprehensive benefits programs and utilize data analytics to assess their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; certification preferred
- 15 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits leadership
- Strong knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory compliance
- Experience with Compensation Committee engagement in public companies
- Proven ability to develop innovative compensation and benefits strategies
