A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HRIS systems and generate reports for decision-making
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation tools is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, ACA)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
