Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages
  • Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HRIS systems and generate reports for decision-making
  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, ACA)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
