Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Operations Advisor (contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data
- Point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating approval and creation processes
- Tracking and reporting end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of customer service-related experience required
- 3+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in a related field
- Must have Office Experience (Outlook/Excel/Word)
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
