Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of HR Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize HR technology functions to support strategic initiatives and align systems with business processes
  • Develop a multi-year roadmap for HR system improvements and oversee the HR functional team to ensure service operations meet expectations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to document business requirements, implement automation solutions, and ensure successful testing of HR functionalities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field; master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in leading HR technology functions with a strong understanding of business processes
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems and project management experience with cross-functional teams
  • Change management experience, including user adoption strategies
  • Familiarity with HCM reporting, analytics, and security policies
