Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to support their credentialing team for a healthcare staffing initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle credentialing support for clinical and non-clinical staff, including document collection and verification
• Conduct quality checks of credentialing packets to ensure compliance with internal and VA requirements
• Collaborate with junior credentialing staff to provide guidance and maintain up-to-date trackers and SOPs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of credentialing or healthcare onboarding experience
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
