Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

- Interview applicants and maintain employment records
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of customer service-related experience required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required
- Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
- Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment and selection
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
