Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and recommending placements
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to meet staffing needs
• Prepare staffing reports and track key metrics while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required
• 3 or more years of experience in managing the entire recruiting life cycle
• 3 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Strong sourcing experience preferred
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
