- Own the relationship with Digital HR/HRIT, managing the TA technology roadmap and system changes
- Manage the global Offer, Recruitment, and Candidate change process to ensure effective Talent Acquisition
- Drive the global TA data and analytics strategy, transforming data into actionable insights for hiring strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in Talent Acquisition technology and systems management
- Proven track record in change management and process optimization
- Strong background in data analytics and strategy execution
- Familiarity with recruitment technology platforms
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
