Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global TA Systems and Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with Digital HR/HRIT, managing the TA technology roadmap and system changes
• Manage the global Offer, Recruitment, and Candidate change process to ensure effective Talent Acquisition
• Drive the global TA data and analytics strategy, transforming data into actionable insights for hiring strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in Talent Acquisition technology and systems management
• Proven track record in change management and process optimization
• Strong background in data analytics and strategy execution
• Familiarity with recruitment technology platforms
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
