Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Sr. Director, People, or equivalent role at a high-growth SaaS startup
- At least 5 years of experience leading People and Talent Acquisition functions
- Experience building foundational People programs at early-stage startups
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in tracking people metrics
- Experience building an inclusive company culture in a remote environment
