Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on health and welfare plan design and employee coverage inquiries
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction through timely support
- Manage benefits processing, including eligibility reviews, enrollments, and COBRA administration
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in benefits administration with a focus on enrollment and regulatory compliance is a plus
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally for optimal client outcomes
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Prism
- Strong judgment and adaptability in complex client scenarios
