A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions and support for employees
- Administer the Leave of Absence process and manage background/drug check requests
- Support the administration and execution of HR programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources or relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM)
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws, with experience in multi-state preferred
- Solid technology skills with working knowledge of MS Office products
