Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and interviews
- Oversee benefits and 401k administration, payroll, and onboarding of new staff and interns
- Assist in maintaining employee documentation and contribute to policy development
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- College degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Familiarity with Google Workspace platforms
- Experience with ATS systems is preferred
