Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to oversee the recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the end-to-end recruiting process across all departments
• Manage and develop a team of three recruiters to achieve exceptional hiring results
• Build relationships with business leaders to create effective recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications and Education

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Experience in hiring across various functions, including editorial and tech roles
• Proven ability to conduct executive-level searches
• Strong command of recruiting tools, with a preference for experience using Greenhouse
• Curiosity and comfort with new technologies, including AI and automation tools
