Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Business Partner for the Product & Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement best-in-class HR and management practices, including workforce planning and performance management
• Mentor and coach Product leaders, acting as a trusted advisor for complex HR cases
• Manage HR processes and policies within the Product function, ensuring efficient implementation of key practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in tech environments
• Proven success in leading critical HR initiatives and managing change effectively
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup settings
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Strong track record of building trusted relationships across all organizational levels
