Key Responsibilities
- Implement best-in-class HR and management practices, including workforce planning and performance management
- Mentor and coach Product leaders, acting as a trusted advisor for complex HR cases
- Manage HR processes and policies within the Product function, ensuring efficient implementation of key practices
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in tech environments
- Proven success in leading critical HR initiatives and managing change effectively
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup settings
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Strong track record of building trusted relationships across all organizational levels
