Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in Engineering, Data, Product, and Design, providing guidance on talent planning and org design
- Lead key people processes such as performance calibrations and compensation planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive talent programs that enhance employee experience and leadership development using data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, particularly in Engineering, Product, and Design functions
- Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence at all levels
- Experience in driving talent programs at scale, including performance cycles and leadership coaching
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making
- Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
