Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to enhance employee morale and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews and resolve work-related problems affecting employee morale and productivity
  • Gather and analyze exit interview data to inform strategic workforce planning and training
  • Assist HR Managers with employee engagement initiatives to improve relationships and retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Three years of experience in a responsible position
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Expertise in Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action requirements
