Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and resolve work-related problems affecting employee morale and productivity
- Gather and analyze exit interview data to inform strategic workforce planning and training
- Assist HR Managers with employee engagement initiatives to improve relationships and retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Three years of experience in a responsible position
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Expertise in Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action requirements
