• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth environments
• Proven success in hiring engineering and technical roles at all levels
• Experience sourcing and engaging talent across multiple countries and time zones
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
