Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Report Writer who will transform HR, payroll, and financial data into actionable reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using SQL, SSRS, Prism, and UKG BI, focusing on HRIS and payroll systems
- Translate client and business needs into structured reports and dashboards that meet compliance and business requirements
- Troubleshoot and optimize data outputs from multiple HR platforms to ensure reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience writing reports in HRIS platforms such as iSolved, UltiPro/UKG, or Prism
- Strong SQL and SSRS skills for building and modifying reports
- Deep familiarity with payroll and HR processes and terminology
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
