Resource Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Resource Management to support the resource management team in balancing supply and demand across a service line.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing resource assignments and extensions based on supply and demand forecasts
• Lead staffing meetings to assess resource needs and facilitate risk/issue mitigations
• Maintain data accuracy for resource capacity in workforce management tools and track utilization against targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, project management, or a related function
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
