Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support to business unit leaders, aligning HR solutions with organizational goals
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives
- Act as a trusted contact for employees, driving engagement and addressing workplace concerns
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with leaders and team members
- Experience in supporting performance management for a large, non-exempt workforce
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and familiarity with HR tools like ADP and gSuite
