A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support report build, maintenance, and lifecycle, including contribution modeling, R&M, and RFP documents
- Maintain benchmark reporting and assist with planning to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Collaborate with Analyst and Client teams, leveraging knowledge of benefits design, cost, and funding structures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Prior internship or work experience showing increasing complexity, autonomy, and client service skills
- Preferred coursework includes healthcare, HR, health economics, risk management, business, marketing, finance, or advanced math
- Must obtain State Life and Health license within 90 days of hire
- Requires remote work setup with uninterrupted focus
