Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Administrator to support multiple client accounts utilizing benefits administration software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class service to manage and retain clients and drive growth
- Serve as the primary contact for the benefits administration system and manage workflows related to eligibility, enrollment, and billing
- Assist with carrier and vendor issues, acting as a liaison and participating in client meetings regarding benefits administration
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience related to employee benefits
- High School Graduate required; college degree preferred
- Advanced understanding of employee benefits administration systems, preferably Employee Navigator or comparable
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction
