Key Responsibilities
- Coach and guide leaders and employees on employer and employee relations matters
- Design individual development plans and conduct training on HR topics
- Monitor turnover trends and conduct workplace investigations as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years' experience as a HR Generalist/Specialist with increasing responsibility
- 5+ years' experience in complex Employee Relations
- PHR/SPHR or equivalent SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP designation preferred
- Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
