Job Summary
A company is looking for a Time & Labor Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the application, compliance, and posting/reconciliation of time and labor for designated divisions
- Analyze payroll entries and identify, resolve, and monitor issues related to timecards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FLSA laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 or more years of related experience, or a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in time and labor compliance, finance, or payroll is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in root cause analysis and analytical thinking
