A company is looking for a Dedicated Consultant who will manage leave of absence and accommodation processes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer leave of absence and accommodation processes for clients' employees
- Maintain accurate records and communicate eligibility and options to employees
- Generate required notices and reports, providing updates on leave requests and statuses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources
- 5 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in leave of absence and ADA administration
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to manage groups with independent judgment
- Internally motivated with a focus on professional growth
