A company is looking for a Manager, People Operations who will design and improve global HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HR technology, including HRIS, ATS, and LMS
- Oversee global HR operations and ensure compliance across multiple regions
- Design and implement compensation programs and improve onboarding/offboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of HR/People Operations experience in high-growth, global environments
- Proven experience in scaling HR systems and total rewards programs
- Strong knowledge of HR tools like Rippling and Checkr
- Experience managing direct reports and scaling People Ops teams
- Familiarity with remote-first and globally distributed team models
