Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll & HR Specialist to manage payroll processing and provide HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll using Paycom and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide general HR support, including managing employee inquiries and HR communications
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or at least 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
  • General knowledge of Human Resources functional areas
  • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll, data integrity, reporting, and compliance
  • Must exhibit the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proven success in a fast-paced and changing environment
