Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and manage regulatory reporting processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or people systems roles
  • Deep expertise in various HCM / HRIS platforms, including configuration and reporting
  • Strong project management and documentation skills
  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with global employment practices and data privacy
