Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HRIS administrator, managing configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Design and maintain scalable workflows and standard operating procedures across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and manage regulatory reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or people systems roles
- Deep expertise in various HCM / HRIS platforms, including configuration and reporting
- Strong project management and documentation skills
- Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with global employment practices and data privacy
