Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for GTM or Technical roles based on hiring priorities
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, success profiles, and hiring plans
- Own sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to maintain recruitment momentum
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or startup environments
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, or Technical roles
- Proficiency with ATS tools (Ashby or Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bonus: Experience hiring internationally or across multiple time zones
- Bonus: Familiarity with hiring in fast-scaling SaaS environments
