Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to people managers on performance-related matters, including performance discussions and documentation
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to managers on feedback delivery and addressing low performance
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and collaborate with HR partners on escalated issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience
- 8+ years of work experience in HR or related fields
- Previous HR or role-related experience
- Proficiency in HR systems and performance tools
