Key Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data
- Act as the point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating approval and creation processes
- Ensure data accuracy across systems and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment related to HR operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience managing a high volume of requests efficiently
- 2-4 years of customer service-related experience required
