Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage and oversee employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze operational situations and provide guidance on benefits eligibility and compliance
  • Communicate benefit plan information and manage health insurance benefits administration
  • Assist in collective bargaining processes and maintain compliance with agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or HR Professional Certificate with 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in human resources management, particularly in benefits administration
  • User-level experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity
  • Ability to work in a critical or security-sensitive position requiring a background check
